Based in Due Carrare in the province of Padua, Simonato, Italy's leading organic farming company, offers its customers a new, original form of packaging that eliminates the majority of plastic used in traditional bags.
Introducing the new “PAPERPACK” bags, made entirely from paper. Treating the environment and all living beings with the utmost respect is one of Simonato's guiding principles: we use certified products to grow and nurture our aromatic plants, avoiding all chemical products.
Our environmentally-focused choices also extend to the packaging we use for our plants, allowing us to eliminate all plastic which, if not properly recycled, can harm the planet and its wildlife, and aquatic life in particular.
There are two options available:
Simonato works diligently to ensure that, as well as meeting the strictest organic standards, each individual product is also environmentally friendly. Our organic aromatic plants are available in a compostable pot, which can be transplanted directly into the soil in the garden, or into a larger pot on a terrace for those living in the city.

- a carrier bag, also made entirely from paper, with two handy handles that make it easy to carry the plants.
