The new meeting between Simonato and pizza Mancino: quality and sharing

During the summer, we set up a space outside our greenhouses at number 57 Via Vo' di Placca for Pizzeria Mancino di Montegaldella.

Mancino pizza is a standout product on the Italian market: the dough is easily digestible having been left to rise for many hours, and it contains only top-quality ingredients.
With the professional support of his team, Daniele Mazzon transported and installed the oven from his restaurant make a takeaway pizza for each of our employees, marrying the quality of his ingredients with the wholesome goodness of Simonato's aromatic herbs.
These unusual pandemic times gave us the chance to dine in the open air and enjoy a fantastic Mancino pizza together. Here at Simonato, we see these moments spent together and relaxing in each other's company (while respecting distancing requirements) as an important way to consolidate the teamwork and group spirit that unites us year-round in our organic growing activities.
Given the enormous success of last year's pizza evening, Simonato and Pizzeria Mancino di Montegaldella have decided to collaborate again in the future.
The importance of sharing
The teaming up of two standout businesses was guaranteed to make for an enjoyable evening, in which great Italian cooking and top-quality ingredients took centre stage.
We see this event as a special chance to socialise and share, further strengthening the bond that already unites the large team at Simonato.
