WOW NATURE

The WOW Nature association, an initiative of ETIFOR, a Benefit Corporation and spin-off from the University of Padua, set up following a major storm, Vaia, which tore down approximately 42 million trees in the Trentino, Friuli Venezia Giulia and Veneto areas in autumn 2018.
WowNature gives all individuals, companies, and associations the opportunity to do their bit to take care of the natural world around them.
In support of this initiative, Simonato, a company that has always been focused on respecting the normal processes of nature to guarantee a healthy and organic product, grown in an environmentally friendly farming setting, day after day, has embraced the WOW Nature project by adopting specimens of trees such as Maple, Birch, Beech, Larch and Pine, to help reforest the section of the Panarotta (TN) woodland destroyed by the storm. The donated trees contribute to the wild fauna population and capture carbon from the atmosphere. Planting is just the beginning, and we all have a part to play in looking after the forests to improve our planet.
